The prefabricated concrete products are executed by applying concrete mass in horizontal steel forms. The separately executed walls, floors and ceilings along with the embedded installations are subjected to the process of vibrating and mechanical troweling. The prefabricated elements are disassembled from the forms after the period of initial bonding, and in the next stage they are stored in forming frames until assembly. Following a period of storage of the semi-finished concrete products we proceed to the interior finishing works. This entire stage of works is carried out under the careful watch of the coordinators and the quality control personnel. An approved technical expert qualifies the bathrooms for packaging, and they are soon prepared to be loaded onto transportation vehicles.
The quality of our products is the factor distinguishing ReadyBathRoom and lies at the foundation of our projects. The implemented internal control system along with an acceptance protocol is carried out individually for every bathroom, and any production notes are meticulously recorded and submitted to the subsequent departments along with changes in the production process position. In the event of any problems, a cross-checking system automatically informs about the necessity of introducing corrective actions.
The inspection has been divided into two stages – partial technical acceptance and final technical expert opinion.
